How enrollment works.

Enrollment starts from an invitation sent by your agency.

1

Open your agency invitation

The invitation identifies your program and assigned plan.

2

Review the monthly amount

You see the fee, subsidy and next charge date before adding a payment method.

3

Finish enrollment

Choose a payment method, review the terms and receive a receipt.

If the full payment is difficult

Ask your case worker before the due date. Some agencies can reduce, waive or pause a fee after a financial review.

Pricing questions.

Can I choose a different plan?
The agency assigns the plan connected to your program. Contact your case worker if the program or amount in your invitation is incorrect.
Can an agency pay part or all of the fee?
Yes. Some agencies subsidize a plan or pay the full amount. Any subsidy appears in your enrollment invitation before payment.
Are monitoring or testing services included?
The prices above cover the base subscription. Your agency must disclose any separately assessed service before you enroll.
What happens if a payment fails?
The app records the failed payment in billing and prompts you to update the payment method. Your agency applies its own billing policy.
